I'm a bit lost of why you should write this in english after you also posted the same in italian, but i'll say what others told you already. You get commissions on how much users spend, not on how many users join the site from your links.
It's totally normal to have hunderds (thousands, actually) of members and to see just a few dozens of them spend something.

It's actually totally normal in every site where the subscription process doesn't ask for your credit card details: RIV is not the only site like this.
