I can't register my models.

I do my personal registration for my models. When I arrived at the page where you have to pick your own username, it always says "Name already used". I have changed it repeatedly even using our own language to be sure that nobody is using it but still the message persists.

Tony is not replying whether in email or MSN and this is frustrating. Please help!

I answer all msn messages when I am online

There are not problems with the model registration.

The model that should open a ticket on Rivhelp.com specifying email, username with which she is making the recording.
Usually you have that message if the model is already registered.
