Problema iscritta

Salve, la mia iscritta aveva per errore fatto l'iscrizione senza il mio referral link, premetto che non ha mai lavorato nemmeno un minuto.
Non risultante tra le mie iscritte ho fatto cancellare l'account creandone uno nuovo.
Il problema è che è stato subito dopo RIMOSSO dalla lista delle mie iscritte. Perché ?
