Allora la procedura è la seguente se hai un dominio di secondo livello di tua proprietà.

Record type: CNAME
Record host: www.tuodominio.com
Record answer: tuonick.rivcash.com

Inserisci i dati corretti e il gioco è fatto. Ovviamente poi devi configurare il sito nel pannello di controllo di RIVCash. Dopo qualche ora tutto funzionerà (anche dopo qualche minuto, dipende dal tuo provider).
