come aggiungere i link al sito?

ho creato un sito con un template, adesso vorrei aggiungere dei link... ho gia' dei banner approvati ma quando clicco su "link" mi compare questa scritta:

"Al monento non hai banner in questa sezione. Puoi crearne uno cliccando sul link Aggiungi nuovo banner nella pagina Banners."

ma io ho 3 banner nella pagina banners... come mai non li vede!?
