Hi, we did not get any screenshot.
Anyway please allow a 24 hours to get DNS updated. Also, make sure to follow instructions you find on RIVCash control panel and make sure to insert right domain in "domain name". Eg: if you added a CNAME for yourdomain.com insert yourdomain.com and not www.yourdomain.com
