Whitelabel & CNAME
 

About few days I have emailed Tony and I have not gotten a response. I would like to use your Whitelabel at a Top Level domain, Registrar is namecheap and I set the CNAME to blogplanet.rivcash.com. But the whitelabel section, after create a new site, it tells me my domain is not yet mapped but it is. What am I doing wrong??

Hi, we did not get any screenshot.

Anyway please allow a 24 hours to get DNS updated.
Also, make sure to follow instructions you find on RIVCash control panel and make sure to insert right domain in "domain name".
Eg: if you added a CNAME for yourdomain.com insert yourdomain.com and not www.yourdomain.com
