Issue with white label

Hi guys,

after my registration i have created my own white label website using your domain site_name.rivcash.com

I thought everything went pretty smooth, i have a campaign linked to the site and i can see the site in "my sites" link however if i type in the address of the site in the address bar i get redirected to http://www.ragazzeinvendita.com/ without stopping on my white label at all...

What am i doing wrong?

I have tried to look for possible solutions on other threads but i could not find anything helpful... sorry for the supernoob question...
